This role is ideal for a seasoned F&I leader who thrives in a process-driven environment and is ready to elevate the next phase of their accomplished career. Presents customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. Ensures sales are structured to produce the highest profitability. Maintains proficiency and certification as required for the position. Accurately desk deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals. Ensures every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines. Prepares paperwork and contracts and delivers deals. Accurately audits team deals post-sale and deeply analyzes for improvements. Guarantees the expeditious funding of all contracts. Qualities We’re Looking For Only Experienced F&I Manager Need to Apply. Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus. Eagerness to improve. College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability. Well-versed in title laws and registration process. Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills. Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
