The lead occupational therapist acts as a resource for other staff members. This includes communicating instructions, training employees, performing scheduling/staffing, assisting with program development and quality assurance. The base pay range for this role is $52.84 - $83.43 per hour. Additional compensation may be available in the form of shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
