critical access hospital in Iowa

to provide coverage during a leave of absence. This facility includes both

inpatient

and

retail pharmacy

services. Setting & Duties

Inpatient: Verify orders for all departments, run a warfarin clinic, transcribe infusion/chemotherapy orders, verify mixing of medications. Retail: Fill and verify prescriptions for the community. Prefer a mix of inpatient & outpatient experience, but inpatient-only candidates are welcome. Schedule

Full-time preferred; Part-time (34 days/week) considered. Systems

Altera (inpatient) & DRX (retail). Requirements

Iowa Pharmacist license (or eligible for temp license) Hospital pharmacy experience required Interested?
