$50K Sign-On Bonus
and a potential Joint-Venture Ownership Opportunity. Our skilled team of veterinarians and well-trained support staff truly provide superior care for our valued patients. We employ a certified Acupuncturist (also trained in traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine) and an ABVP Board Certified Canine/Feline Practitioner. Responsibilities
Lead and engage the veterinary team as Medical Director; foster a collaborative, client-focused practice.
Mentor externs and new graduates; support ongoing education and professional development.
Collaborate with a skilled support staff to maintain a high level of medical excellence and patient care.
Partner in delivering a broad range of services and maintaining AAHA accreditation standards.
Qualifications
Experienced veterinarian with a strong interest in leadership, mentorship, client satisfaction, education, and quality veterinary medicine.
About the Clinic
We currently have 2 full-time veterinarians and a dedicated support staff to facilitate growth and collaboration.
Services include dentistry, general medicine, preventative care, soft tissue surgery, acupuncture, chiropractic, and Chinese/herbal medicine.
AAHA Accredited; staff includes Fear Free Professionals; modernizing interior/exterior this season; computerized medical records; IDEXX in-house lab equipment, therapeutic laser, digital dental radiography, and digital radiography.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Guaranteed annual salary paid month to month (range $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience).
Bonus: Monthly Production Bonus; production can exceed salary minimum with a 22% - 23% share of additional revenue.
Sign-on and Relocation: Signing bonus paid at start date; relocation package up to $20,000; other bonuses as negotiated.
Paid Time Off: Minimum 4 weeks (16 days).
Schedule: 3-4 days per week (10-hour shifts) – counts as full-time.
CE & Professional Memberships: Annual CE stipend ($3,000 - $5,000); professional training and development on request; AVMA, VIN, WSVMA memberships, and more.
