Position Overview The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, is actively recruiting a Gynecologic Oncologist. This faculty role involves joining three gynecologic oncologists as a fourth member of the division. It offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-respected academic practice committed to high-quality women’s health care.
Clinical Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive care for patients with gynecologic cancers, including outpatient assessment, inpatient care, chemotherapy, and major surgical procedures.
Interest in clinical trials and translational research is welcomed.
Opportunity Highlights
Access to the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center, the only NCI-designated cancer center in the state.
Multidisciplinary services including radiation oncology, dedicated gynecologic pathologist, genetic counseling with onsite testing, and palliative care.
Availability of five Da Vinci Robotic Surgical Systems with dedicated robot time.
Membership in the National Comprehensive Cancer Network.
