Urgent Care Physician, MGB - Northampton, MA Mass General Brigham (MGB) is seeking a Board Certified / Board-Eligible (BC/BE) Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or Med-Peds physician for a flexible schedule (full-time, part-time or per-diem) to cover our Urgent Care Centers in the Pioneer Valley region of Massachusetts. The Northampton clinic is complemented by cross-coverage at Amherst, Southampton, and Greenfield locations, offering a team-based, collaborative environment with comprehensive support and resources. Responsibilities

Join a dedicated Urgent Care group in the Northampton clinic with cross-coverage at other sites in the region. Work shifts typically ranging from 8 to 12 hours, providing care to patients with highly acute illness, injury, or requiring procedures. Participate in Advance Practitioner orientation, onboarding, oversight, and ongoing training. Contribute to a setting that combines a small-town community feel with the resources of a large health system. In the Greenfield location, participate in Department of Transportation (DOT) examinations with the expectation to become DOT certified within six months of start date. Schedule & Locations

Northampton/Amherst/Southampton: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm; Saturday/Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Greenfield: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds Ability to work in a fast-paced urgent care setting with a broad range of patient presentations Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $240,000 – $250,000 annually. Actual compensation determined during the selection process based on experience, education, and internal equity. Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, retirement plans, malpractice coverage) and flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time). Bonuses as applicable and potential eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Base pay reflects minimum qualifications; total compensation may include additional elements. How to Apply
