Per Diem Urgent Care Physician - Pioneer Valley, Northampton, MA. Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified / Board-Eligible (BC/BE) Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds physician for a per diem opportunity covering Urgent Care Centers in the Pioneer Valley region of Massachusetts. Per diem position. Hourly pay is $150.00 per hour/shift, with actual compensation determined during the selection process based on experience, education, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Mass General Brigham offers comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, and bonuses as applicable. Located in western Massachusetts, the Pioneer Valley offers a mix of communities and outdoor activities, with access to major cities within driving distance. What You’ll Do
Join a collegial Urgent Care group in the Northampton clinic with cross coverage at sites in Amherst, Southampton, and Greenfield. Work shifts typically ranging from 8 to 12 hours, providing care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, or need for procedures in a fast-paced setting. Participate in Advance Practitioner orientation, onboarding, oversight, and ongoing training. Support a small-town feel with the resources of Mass General Brigham. Greenfield location: Department of Transportation examinations; provider expected to become DOT certified within six months of start date. Schedules
Northampton/Amherst/Southampton
– Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday/Sunday: 9:00am to 5:00pm Greenfield
– Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm Qualifications
