Position Summary
A leading regional hospital in North Central Florida is seeking an experienced
Advanced Clinical Pharmacist
with expertise in
Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
,
CAR-T
, or
Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT)
to support its comprehensive oncology program. This is an operational clinical role working closely with the TCT Clinical Pharmacist and broader care team to deliver high-quality medication management for complex cancer therapies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy services to support TCT, BMT, and CAR-T patients Oversee and coordinate medication management of antineoplastic and immunomodulating therapies Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists on therapeutic planning Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds and deliver pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations Support organization-wide initiatives focused on oncology quality metrics and best practices Perform operational pharmacy tasks, including order verification and oversight of pharmacy technicians Education & Experience Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
from an ACPE-accredited program Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP)
required Recent experience (within the last year)
in an acute hospital setting Hands-on experience with
TCT, CAR-T, or BMT programs Active
Florida Pharmacist License
or eligibility
