Valencia, CA – Hybrid Role Overview
The Senior Clinical Research Operations Manager leads clinical trials to support regulatory approval of medical devices, overseeing study planning, budgeting, project management, staff supervision, and compliance with regulations. Responsible for work prioritization and staff allocation. Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and close feasibility and pivotal trials Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Site selection and recruitment strategies, including risk analysis Manage study budgets and timelines Vendor management Oversee staff work allocation and site compliance Develop standard operating procedures Manage Trial Master File documentation Review study documents Collaborate with data management and product development teams Other duties as assigned Travel Requirements
Up to 30% travel to study centers, conferences, and events. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 5 years of clinical trial experience Knowledge of FDA, ISO regulations Experience with active implantable or Class 3 devices (preferred) Skills & Competencies
Solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills Proficiency with MS Office and electronic data systems Language
English (Fluent) Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $94,400 - $141,600/year, plus bonus. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, paid time off, parental leave, and more. Work Environment
