We are hiring for an
Associate Account Manager (Remote)
role at Inspira Financial. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, primarily serving as the main point of contact for assigned employers and institutional clients utilizing Inspira Workplace Savings (WPS) and Emergency Saving Funds (ESF).
Job Summary & Responsibilities This role is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with assigned clients through telephone and email, coordinating onboarding, answering inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service. The incumbent will work with internal departments to onboard new relationships, address client requests, and drive client retention and growth for Inspira.
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned employers and institutional clients using WPS/ESF products
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Process system setup, updates, and configuration for clients
Coordinate, lead, and execute client plan renewal and open enrollment
Ensure successful retention of assigned clients by providing timely, high-quality service
Achieve revenue, growth, and renewal goals
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone queues and emails)
Handle resolution cases from across the firm for the assigned client base
Share client insights to inform relationships and drive product enhancements
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional support on complex issues
Build relationships with internal teams and maximize service
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Preferred Skills Years of Experience: 0-2 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Sales, or related field
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a drive to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge), and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Experience in retirement plan industry and knowledge of IRAs; knowledge of investment vehicles and retirement planning tools
Pay Range & Benefits Pay Range : $50,000-$58,000 per year
Compensation & Benefits : The compensation for this position will vary based on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, paid time off, parental leave, and employee assistance program.
Work Location & Scheduling Remote roles are available in AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WV. Remote status and role locations are subject to change. Relocation is not provided. Employees within a 90-minute radius of Oak Brook, IL HQ are required to adhere to in-office guidelines of 4 days per month (one of the four days must be a Monday or Friday). This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.
