Summary Responsible for clinical and financial outcomes for the agency. Provides leadership and direction for all agency programs, including oversight of department staff / operations, development of programs / services, maintenance of regulatory compliance and provision of patient care. Contributes to overall operation of Baptist Health Home Health Network through completion of tasks and responsibilities assigned which include review of policies and procedures; design of processes that assure consistent, standards-based practice at all network locations; and active participation in administrative decision making, problem solving, and reporting.
Qualifications / Other Information
A licensed professional in one of the following: physician, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, audiologist, social worker, or a registered nurse.
Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in hospice care, home health care or a related health care program.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
