Summary
Responsible for the overall management of business functions and outcomes for the neurodiagnostic and health management departments in Little Rock and the sleep department for the system. Would serve as a campus liaison for the contract managed department such as Environmental Services and Food Nutrition Services. Responsible for revenue generation, denial management, supply expense management, and length of stay management. Has oversight of finance/budget, workforce management, marketing and outreach, quality performance, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, as well as strategic and system goals including growth opportunities. Assists with business functions for each service line and serves as a business liaison for the Little Rock campus.
Other Information
Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field. Three-five years of healthcare business preferred. Must have a proven acumen. Must have the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, discretion and decision-making skills to solve management issues and direct numerous and varied operations simultaneously. Knowledge of related regulatory and compliance requirements.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
