This field-based role is in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division, based in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Abbott focuses on innovative technologies to improve treatment for heart rhythm disorders. What You’ll Work On

Under general direction, the CRM Product Support Specialist provides comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support. This role handles field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff regarding CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) products. Clinical Interface: Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business. Relationship Building: Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly. Comprehensive Support: Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products; maintain thorough knowledge of products, related technologies, trends, and players. Training and Education: Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals. Sales Support: Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field, or equivalent healthcare experience. 2+ years of related experience or a completed accredited cardiac training program. Ability to obtain certification in CRM products. Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or related procedures; familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols. Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines. Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers; capable of managing multiple assignments. Extensive PC skills, including Microsoft Office, for developing presentation materials. Benefits and Equal Opportunity

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the posted range.
