Clinical Dietitian (Home Care) for Johns Hopkins Care at Home in Baltimore, MD. The dietitian reviews Enteral referrals received by intake staff, provides nutritional support for diet-related problems, manages case load, and assesses both pediatric and adult patients receiving enteral and parenteral nutrition in the home setting. Responsibilities

Review enteral referrals and coordinate nutritional care plans for home-based patients. Provide nutritional support products and case management for pediatric and selected adult cases. Assess patients receiving enteral and parenteral nutrition and adjust plans as needed in collaboration with the care team. Minimum Qualifications

B.S. in Nutrition required; advanced degree preferred. Professional license and registration required; additional certifications preferred. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Current CPR certification. At least two (2) years of experience in a health/clinical environment as a registered Dietitian. Knowledge of enteral pumps and equipment used to administer enteral products. Benefits
