We are growing in North Carolina, and looking for part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team. What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured, center-based setting. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children in areas such as communication, social interaction, play, and daily living skills. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA Accurately collecting and recording data on client progress during each session Assisting with the development of age-appropriate skills Collaborating with a clinical team to review outcomes and adjust strategies Creating a positive, engaging, and safe environment for learning and growth Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is motivated by purpose and driven by compassion. You enjoy working with children, thrive in a team setting, and are ready to learn and grow within the field of behavioral health.
