Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
to provide
in-home ABA therapy in the afternoons
to children with autism in the Woodbridge, VA area. This is an opportunity to support real progress in a child's life, while receiving support from a collaborative clinical team. What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home, following a custom treatment plan
Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Track session data and follow guidance from a supervising BCBA
Create a positive, consistent environment for learning and connection
What You'll Get:
Flexible, part-time afternoon hours (perfect for after-school or early evening schedules)
Competitive hourly pay starting at $25
Free 40-hour RBT training (if not certified)

What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation to and from in-home sessions
Childcare or youth experience (required)
ABA experience (preferred, but not required-we'll train you!)
