Overview

Clinic Manager - Primary Care, Woodridge, IL. Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

Owns operational and clinic performance for both fee-for-service and value-based care. Leads people, coordinates and inspires the team and achieves results under challenging circumstances. Works with performance dashboards, understands KPIs, and drivers of the performance. Provides extraordinary customer service to all internal and external customers (patients and team members). Monitors front desk, referral scheduling, and Medical Assistant teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and patient-focused operations. Monitors patient volume and wait times to ensure proper flow from check-in through appointment to check-out. Addresses and resolves customer-service or team member issues. Collaborates with the Leadership Team on performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed. Utilizes business acumen to understand the clinic’s operating levers for success. Drives ownership of clinic success in people, service, utilization, and outcomes. Performs other duties as assigned. May include additional responsibilities such as coordinating with PCPs on scheduling and patient communications. Reviews reports to ensure target metrics are achieved and processes followed. Ensures co-pays are collected and cash reconciled. Conducts clinic walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe environment and proper disposal of medications and waste. Ensures regulatory compliance trainings are conducted and certifications are current. Monitors transportation and housekeeping activities. Manages team member schedules, overtime, and vacation approvals. Collaborates with the Leadership Team for strategic business planning. Qualifications

Education:

BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience. Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similar environment; at least 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred. Compensation

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $79,255-$118,884, with pay determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through bonuses and other incentives.
