Registered Nurse (RN)
in Oklahoma City, OK. In this full-time position, you’ll work with our ED team providing exceptional care to patients who trust INTEGRIS Health with their healthcare needs. The
Staff Registered Nurse
is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process. The role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals based on patient contact level.

Qualifications
Current licensure as an RN in Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) state.
Current BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days.
Effective communication in English.
Department-specific competencies during orientation.
Additional Qualifications by Department
Hospice:
Current CPR (BLS optional), CHPN preferred, valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, proof of auto insurance.
Radiology:
Current ACLS certification.
Employee Health:
Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, auto insurance.
Mental Health:
Ability to operate INTEGRIS or personal vehicle, valid Oklahoma driver’s license, acceptable driving record.
Emergency Department:
PALS certification within 12 months, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
Assessment and reassessment of patients.
Development and implementation of care plans.
Supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel.
Guidance and mentorship to staff and students.
Reporting to management.
Assist with physical restraint of patients, if needed, using Behavior Management Techniques.
Follow standard precautions to minimize exposure to hazards.
