Physician Assistant
to: Perform annual physical exams and manage health maintenance needs of our family medicine population. Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly. Perform telemedicine (video and telephone) visits. Perform routine clinical procedures independently, including wart removal, Pap smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement, and skin lesion removals. Education
If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program. If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program. Work Experience
Preferred - Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience. Licenses and Certifications
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure. Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in practice state(s) AND Active board certification as an NP in the area of clinical practice (e.g., Family). If Physician Assistant: Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in practice state(s) AND Active PA board certification.
