Stryker Sales Representative – Patient Care As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell our Acute Care products, focusing on Patient Care solutions, to healthcare providers. Your responsibilities include working with products such as bed frames, patient room furniture, and support surfaces, building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders. Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts will help you position Stryker’s products effectively. You will also have opportunities to exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive growth. What You Will Do Leverage experience in sales or clinical settings. Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care products to meet customer needs. Become a Patient Care expert working with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators. Focus on customer satisfaction through a consultative approach and providing excellent customer service. Ensure cost reduction and on-time, error-free shipments. Use reports, manage budgets, and handle customer service and project management tasks. Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing. What You Need High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree.
