This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements. Through data collection and analysis, the RN is responsible for performing comprehensive assessments to establish residents' baseline health status and creating detailed Plans of Care tailored to individual needs and preferences. RNs supervise practical nurses, CNAs, and other nursing staff by assessing their knowledge and skills, clarifying expectations, and addressing behaviors to ensure resident safety and promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. About The Float Pool The Monarch Float Pool was created to provide staffing assistance to Monarch facilities. You can choose your shifts based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. Travel is expected for this role, and benefits are available. Qualifications Completion of an approved nursing education program by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Current Minnesota RN license. CPR and emergency care certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire. Preferred Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
