Compensation: $90 to $100 per hour
About Us We are a mission-driven behavioral health provider partnering with New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC) to deliver goal-oriented, strength-based therapy to youth and families in their homes and communities. Our team is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to creating lasting change.
Your Role
Provide individual and family therapy in the home or community setting
Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans based on assessments
Support youth in building coping skills, resilience, and healthy relationships
Collaborate with families, schools, and community supports to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with CSOC and Medicaid standards.
What We’re Looking For
Active NJ clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or LAC
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Valid NJ driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a passion for empowering youth
