Nurse Supervisor - RN / LPN - Nights at NHC HealthCare Moulton is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to join our team. Responsibilities
Oversee staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned. Supervise and evaluate work performance of nursing staff. Monitor care provided to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Carry out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies. Complete admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed. Monitor resident lab schedules and results. Monitor 24-hour report sheets and follow up accordingly. Qualifications
Preferred graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN). Licensed to practice in this state. Participates in continuing education to stay current with nursing trends and maintains licensure requirements. Maintains CPR certification. Preferred ventilator unit/critical care/special care experience. Position Highlights
