Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily workflow and performance of all patient services in the diagnostic section of the Radiology department during the respective shift. Assist departmental managers in workflow coordination and supervise employees in the absence of a supervisor or manager. Work with management to support staff duties, educational programs, orientation, and ongoing training. Serve as a liaison between the team and management. Identify opportunities to improve patient safety, services, and operational workflow. Participate in projects and programs aimed at reducing errors and enhancing safety. Registered Technologist for Radiography required at the time of hire. Education
Graduate of Radiologic Technology program required. Experience
Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Radiology required; 3 years including leadership experience preferred.
