Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Skilled Nursing Facility Now Staffing Speech Language Pathologists for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and Surrounding Areas. Flagstar Rehab SLPs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve the speech and swallowing capabilities of patients and their ability to function in daily life. Not accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) at this time. Flagstar Rehab offers the opportunity for Direct Employment with our agency or to be your own boss as an Independent Contractor. We can assist with setting up a corporation free-of-charge. Ask us how! Hourly Pay Rate: $46 hourly (W-2), $57 hourly (1099). Location: Queens/Long Island City and surrounding NYC areas.
