PATIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR I - (T230351) Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, records, and communication across dental departments. Coordinate certain aspects of clinical and administrative patient services. Serve as patient advocate. Answer patient inquiries verbally or in writing. Resolve patient problems. Disseminate information relating to clinic operations. Maintain patient records. Responsible for the conduct of patient scheduling, reception and other front office operations. May supervise clerical staff. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field required OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE. Dental/medical office software, patient scheduling, HIPAA knowledge; strong communication, teamwork, organization, and professionalism.
