Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous unit clerk experience preferred
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training within 90 days of hire required
Organizational skills for fast‑paced environment
Positive interpersonal skills and good verbal/written communication
Responsibilities
Perform tasks to meet needs of physicians, staff, patients, and other customers.
Demonstrate acceptable organizational skills and technical skills adapted to population‑specific needs.
Work in partnership with patients, families, physicians, peers, and all other disciplines.
Adapt to changes in schedule and/or workload assignment as necessary.
Serve as patient advocate.
Assist with documentation that supports and meets hospital and regulatory requirements.
