MD Now Urgent Care . The MD Now Urgent Care Clinic hours are Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm. You must have the flexibility to work during those hours. This position is incentive eligible. New hires may receive up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus. What you will do
Perform all required radiological and lab duties according to provider orders, clinical practice under state law, and in compliance with company policy and procedures. Handle and document patient records according to established clinical practice and company policies. Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in-house labs tests accurately. Process specimens for reference laboratories. Maintain, calibrate, and perform controls on lab/x-ray equipment daily; inspect and report artifacts from the x-ray screen. Collaborate with Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Follow infection control policies, hand hygiene, OSHA and company policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality care and timely service; keep patients and visitors informed of clinic progress. Keep the clinical environment clean, orderly and compliant with company policies and accrediting standards. May be required to work alternate shifts and float to other clinic locations. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Sciences (required). 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting (preferred). BMO - Basic X-Ray Machine Operator License in Florida. BLS certification within 30 days of start. Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start. Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start. Office Laboratory Assistant License if required by the state. Demonstrated excellence in customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
