We are hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager or Sr. Operations Manager. This role emphasizes improving operations, sales, profit, and employee development to achieve customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities are required. Salary transparency : For those residing in NY, the pay for this role is at $89,000/year. Key Responsibilities

Operation Supervisor Management: Provide direction, training, support, supervision, and motivation to operation supervisors and their downline reports; ensure approved policies and objectives are understood and applied to each operating unit; supervise and review forecast numbers; review performance and variances with corrective action plans; conduct performance and wage reviews for department supervision. Business Management: Ensure timely production reports and accurate records for planning, control, accounting, and customer reports; track staffing requirements and hire new talent as needed; distribute monthly operation reports outlining unusual events or major expenditures to appropriate personnel. Customer Communication: Handle or defer customer complaints to the appropriate authorities; professionally represent the company to clients and customers; provide general information about meter services to customers when applicable. About You

Must haves: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 2 years of management experience and 3 years’ experience in locating Nice to haves: Education: Bachelor’s degree in operations management or business administration Experience: 5 years of operations management experience; at least 1 year of budget development and oversight is a plus Your Skills: Excellent delegation and organizational control of operations and customer service Conflict management and business negotiation skills Knowledge of operations safety processes, programs, and procedures Excellent communication skills with management and customers Strong analytical and financial analysis abilities Ability to teach, coach, and train operation supervisors to drive change and improve processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team Strong leadership skills and attention to detail Drug/Alcohol Testing

Drug/alcohol testing is required, including non-regulatory requirements for employees working with water, electricity, and meters, and Federal DOT regulations for employees working with gas meters Benefits
