Gold’s Gym SoCal is growing fast and looking for Personal Trainers to help our members achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We’ll challenge your skills, talents, and abilities while rewarding your successes. Responsibilities
Conduct Fitness Assessments to design exercise programs tailored to clients’ goals. Assist clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness; modify exercises according to fitness level. Monitor client progress, provide motivation and feedback. Provide information or resources on general fitness, trends, and health issues to benefit our members. Demonstrate and teach exercises while giving feedback on techniques to improve safety and effectiveness. Promote and sell identified personal training programs, supplements, and services. Participate in all scheduled meetings as required. Qualifications / Must Haves
Must be certified by NASM, ACSM, ACE or NSCA. High school diploma (some college coursework preferred). Excellent communication and hospitality abilities. Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise science. Able to achieve and maintain aggressive goals. Stay current on certifications, trends, and topics of fitness. CPR/AED certification. Ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs; standing for extended periods; professional demeanor and clean uniform. Benefits
