Gold’s Gym SoCal is growing fast and looking for Personal Trainers to help members achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We’ll challenge your skills, talents, and abilities and reward your success. What You’ll Do
Conduct Fitness Assessments to design exercise programs tailored to clients’ goals. Assist clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness; modify exercises according to clients’ fitness levels. Monitor client progress, provide motivation and feedback. Provide information or resources on general fitness, trends, and health issues to benefit members. Demonstrate and teach exercises while giving feedback on techniques to improve safety and effectiveness. Promote and sell identified personal training programs, supplements, and services. Participate in all scheduled meetings as required. Required Qualifications
Must be certified by NASM, ACSM, ACE, or NSCA. High school diploma (some college coursework preferred). Excellent communication and hospitality abilities. Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise science. Able to achieve and maintain acceptable goals; willing to stay current on certifications, trends, and topics of fitness. CPR/AED certification. Benefits
