Job Description What You Will Do:

Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments to bring events to life.

Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards are met from start to finish.

Keep things sparkling—monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready.

Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top‑tier service and guest satisfaction.

Troubleshoot AV setups and step in where needed to ensure a smooth experience for guests and team alike.

What We Are Looking For:

6+ months of banquet experience and prior leadership exposure—it helps you lead with confidence and know what great service looks like.

Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or willing to get them within 90 days)—so our guests stay happy and safe.

Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on your feet—we’re on the move during events!

Familiarity with Microsoft Office—and bonus points if you’ve worked with Delphi for event management.
