Overview
Role: Supervisor, AR at XiFin. Location: Charleston, SC. Base pay range: $62,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. This range is provided by XiFin, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Pay transparency notes: the expected annualized salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience, skills, and geographic location; final compensation may vary and may include a Supervisor or Manager title. About the Role
As a Supervisor, AR at XiFin you will be part of a high-performing team of AR professionals reporting directly to the Director, RCM. You will lead a team of onshore and offshore Reimbursement/AR Specialists within our Outsource Billing Department. You will collaborate with Account Managers to maximize customer reimbursement, build and maintain relationships with key payors, monitor workflow, and prioritize workload to maximize collections and maintain performance metrics. You will update edits within the billing system, work with customers/Account Managers as appropriate, and provide ongoing support and development of your team. This position will be located at our offices in Charleston, SC. What you will do
Direct supervision of up to 5+ onshore employees and oversight of up to 25 FTE offshore team members Review operational productivity, effectiveness & quality for both on-shore and off-shore resources Analyze and report significant trend anomalies and issues to Account Managers Ensure the department meets billing compliance and customer reporting requirements Support initiatives toward clean claims submissions, denial management, and resolution of provider or systemic issues Ensure all documentation and Statements of Procedures (SOPs) are maintained and updated Performance management of KPIs and annual reviews Interviewing, hiring, and training new hires What you will bring to the team

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Healthcare, preferred, or applicable working experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience of direct employees is highly desirable Extensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable and understanding of properly working denials 3-5 years hands-on experience with medical billing software, preferably in a cloud environment Strong organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to adapt to high-volume environments Knowledge of insurance plans, medical terminology, and healthcare revenue cycle software Strong follow-up and written/verbal communication skills Why XiFin?
