Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually + bonus potential Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with mid- to large-sized accounts. Service accounts across various industries, including contractors, manufacturing, transportation, and real estate. Collaborate with a team that handles certificates, loss runs, and claims, as well as a junior account manager for additional support. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 8+ years of experience in commercial insurance preferred; proven ability to manage a diverse book of business and work independently. Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; problem-solving mindset with attention to detail; team-oriented with a collaborative approach; ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
