Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a small, close-knit team. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits: 401(k): Not available. Responsibilities
Manage a $2M book of business, servicing accounts from A-Z. Handle all lines of coverage, with a focus on contractor-heavy industries. Provide marketing support for accounts as needed. Utilize AMS360 agency management system (preferred). Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory. Familiarity with AMS360 agency management system is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction. Seniority level
