Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Coordinator
to lead a dedicated nursing unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on both resident care and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily clinical operations for the assigned unit Provide hands-on nursing care and oversee medication and treatment administration Supervise and support CNAs and unit staff to ensure high-quality resident care Monitor documentation, care plans, and compliance with regulatory standards Serve as a point of contact for families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in staff scheduling, training, and performance discussions Support communication between nursing leadership and frontline staff
Requirements
Current
LPN license Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to effectively delegate, problem-solve, and prioritize care Experience in a lead nurse, charge nurse, or team leader role preferred
