Job Summary The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience role is an essential part of the store leadership team, ensuring our team members and guests receive a quality experience every day. Assistant Managers lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members, creating a culture of belonging and growth. They ensure their team delivers outstanding guest experience in line with company values and directives.
Core Responsibilities
Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
Engage team members to show how their work supports store and company success.
Implement and cascade the Store Manager’s People vision.
Hire and build a strong diverse team.
Provide ongoing learning and development, including feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
Lead performance management activities, including documentation and addressing concerns.
Support retail floor leadership to maintain efficiency and guest connection.
Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues.
Partner with other managers on business data and metrics.
Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising.
Open and close the store following procedures.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
1 year people management experience.
1 year leadership experience managing business operations and projects.
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
1 year retail or sales specific management experience (nice to have).
Schedule and Availability
Variable schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $23.19 - $31.38/hour.
Target Bonus: 25%.
Total Target Base Pay Range: $28.99 - $39.23/hour.
