Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to join our teams across South Carolina, including Mt. Pleasant, Freshfields Village, and King Street stores. The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience role is an essential part of the store leadership team, ensuring our team members and guests receive a quality experience in our stores every day. Assistant Managers lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members, fostering a culture where people feel belonging and have opportunities to grow. They ensure the team delivers outstanding guest experience in line with company values and directives. Core Responsibilities

Leadership and People Management

Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members. Engage team members by helping them understand how their work supports store success and lululemon as a whole. Implement the Store Manager’s People vision and cascade it to the team. Support Store Manager in hiring and building a strong, diverse team with varied experiences, backgrounds, and skills. Support ongoing learning and development through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and regular development check-ins. Lead performance management activities, including feedback, rewards, documentation, and addressing performance concerns. Address employee concerns or issues, and partner with internal support when appropriate. Guest Experience and Community

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through guest connection, product education, and coaching to close any gaps. Provide floor leadership to ensure efficient operations and coverage. Resolve guest feedback and escalations, striving to “make it right” for guests. Operations, Product, and Strategy

Partner with other managers to review business data (e.g., P&L) to inform planning processes. Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising, including restock and minor changes as needed. Open and close the store according to procedures. Adhere to safety policies and ensure a safe work environment. Perform work in accordance with policies, procedures, and laws. Budget and People Management

Accountable for delegated aspects of the controllable budget and labor hours. Lead a subset of store employees as delegated by the Store Manager. What We Look For

Eligibility

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule/Availability

Varied schedule including early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Experience

1 year of people management experience. 1 year of leadership experience in managing business operations, administration, and projects or processes. Education and Other Assets

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (nice to have). Retail or sales management experience (nice to have). Recruiting, hiring, or training experience (nice to have). Work Context

Work in an environment with bright lights and loud music. Work as part of a team and independently. May involve managing conflicts or de-escalating guest issues. Move through a store to assist guests and fulfill duties; may sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift boxes up to 30 lbs. Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $23.19 - $31.38/hour, subject to location minimums. Total Target Base Pay Range: $28.99 - $39.23/hour. Target Bonus: 25%. Eligible for a competitive bonus program, subject to program requirements.
