Territory Sales Representative (Construction Products)
Quikrete, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is looking for a sales representative for the greater Phoenix, Arizona market to represent its SPEC MIX brand of masonry and stucco commercial products. The position will involve calling on contractors and dealers in the masonry and stucco supply channel as well as working with architects and engineers on product specification. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to learn the role and operate successfully in a team environment.
About the Role:
The Masonry/Wall Systems Sales Representative will play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and internal operations teams. You will represent Quikrete products in the field, provide technical support, and deliver value‑driven solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit active job sites to provide technical support and build customer relationships
Deliver effective product demonstrations and training sessions to contractors and distributors
Represent Quikrete at local and national construction trade shows
Develop and maintain accurate product forecasts and delivery schedules (weekly and annual)
Identify new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts
Travel as required, including occasional overnight stays
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing (construction materials industry preferred)
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs as needed
