Account Manager

to oversee campaign strategy, field operations, and client communications. This is a high-impact, client-facing role supporting races across the country. Ideal for someone with strong campaign instincts and the organizational skills to execute under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for campaign clients Implement campaign strategy and oversee daily field operations Coordinate with volunteers, vendors, and staff nationwide Track campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed Analyze voter data to improve outreach and targeting Support campaigns from launch through Election Day Requirements: Prior experience with political campaigns (paid or volunteer) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent time management and organizational ability Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments Committed to advancing Republican and conservative causes Salary: Commensurate with experience + full benefits Note the client is willing to hire a Junor OR Senior level person for this role.
