Insurance Office of America Title: Personal Lines W2 Producer (Sales Agent) (Hybrid): (1-2 of days in office) | (Location/Based out of one of our West Coast IOA offices | Experience: Quoting and Binding Personal Lines Policies About the Role: Responsible for interacting with clients on complex accounts, devising creative solutions for coverage and costs. This role will exercise discretion and judgment on significant accounts, including negotiating pricing, interviewing clients, and analyzing information. Key Responsibilities: Client Solutions: Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs. Client Information: Collect and analyze client information. Client Interaction: Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner. Producer Assistance: Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed. Sales Goals: Achieve established sales goals. Marketing Expertise: Provide marketing expertise. Networking Opportunities: Provide networking opportunities. Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
