For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions that can enhance their business. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record. Industry knowledge in heavy construction equipment or rental/construction sectors is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly in a fast-growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
