Plan, coordinate, and manage activities associated with the development and implementation of Constellation's operations training programs at the Clean Energy Center (CEC). Primary Duties And Accountabilities
Provide direction and supervise the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of CEC training programs to improve CEC and personnel performance. Manage post‑training assessments to identify impact on personnel and CEC performance and initiate corrective actions. Support CEC and fleet activities in business plan initiatives, project management, re‑fuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties and special projects. Anticipate long‑range security training needs and develop strategies and plans to meet those needs. Assure that training facilities, equipment, materials, records, and personnel qualifications support training program goals. Participate in NRC, INPO and management audits or assessments and provide responses to audit findings. Coordinate the assignment of training activities between CEC management, outside agencies, contractors, and the training department. Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science or a technical discipline with 8 years of overall experience, including 4 years power plant, 2 years nuclear power plant and 1 year supervisory or managerial experience per ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014. OR Associate’s degree in technical discipline with 10 years of overall experience, including 4 years power plant, 2 years nuclear power plant and 1 year supervisory or managerial experience per ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014. Active SRO license, inactive SRO license or SRO certification. Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s of Science in a technical discipline. Experience implementing training programs. Instructional experience. Experience leading teams from multiple organizations to accomplish diverse tasks and assignments. Experience on INPO Accreditation or Evaluation teams, benchmarking and peer assessment teams. Knowledge of and experience with the systematic approach to training (SAT). Seniority level
