What You’ll Do
Lead the culinary execution of large-scale catered events with excellence and creativity.
Design, update, and elevate seasonal and event-specific menus inspired by global cuisines and modern trends.
Ensure impeccable plating and presentation standards across all events.
Oversee kitchen staff and manage workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Collaborate closely with sales, event planning, and operations teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Maintain a culinary portfolio showcasing your work, including presentation and event execution.
Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control to support financial goals.
Uphold the highest food safety and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume catering or events.
Deep knowledge of international cuisines and contemporary culinary techniques.
Demonstrated skill in menu creation and editing.
Strong visual eye for presentation and artistic plating.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse departments and teams.
A digital or physical portfolio of culinary work is required.
