Train & Inspire: Empower the team to excel in all kitchen tasks, from presentation to technique. Lead & Manage: Create schedules, evaluate performance, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Communicate Clearly: Maintain open lines of communication between management and staff. Problem-Solve: Address kitchen issues swiftly to keep things running efficiently. Ensure Quality: Maintain high food standards and ensure seamless service. Support Success: Help set goals that elevate the kitchen’s performance and profitability. Step Up: Lead the team in the absence of the Executive Chef and provide guidance. Stay Organized: Keep records up to date and submit payroll on time. Benefits
