2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant management role - NO JOB HOPPERS Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships Banquet/event experience is a plus Understanding of financials Previous responsibility for ordering, scheduling, and training Serve Safe Manager certification strongly preferred

2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant management role - NO JOB HOPPERS Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships Banquet/event experience is a plus Understanding of financials Previous responsibility for ordering, scheduling, and training Serve Safe Manager certification strongly preferred
