Regional Sales Manager Department:
North America Sales - Original Equipment Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast, you will serve as the primary contact for Ruhrpumpen sales and customer support related to calling on major EPCs, managing a defined territory, and leading strategic initiatives with regular engagement for assigned accounts. The role involves increasing sales, expanding market share, and profitably growing the product portfolio and aftermarket services. Main Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for major EPCs and HQ accounts within the territory. Maintain active communication with in-house personnel. Develop and sustain relationships with key buying influences to enhance customer and territory interactions. Identify customer needs and collaborate to define solutions. Manage territory and customer forecasts, budgets, and control costs using approved systems and policies. Negotiate orders, including technical, commercial, and legal terms. Ensure all customer and territory interactions are documented via CRM, including industry and market analysis to support strategic planning. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, selling pump products and services, preferably in the West Coast Region. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Commercial experience in the Oil & Gas industry and other sectors. Excellent communication skills. Ability to develop and implement individual business plans. Territory:
