Description: Beasley Media Group in Fort Myers, FL is searching for a sales professional to join our established and successful team. The main functions of this role are to develop and sell integrated (traditional and digital) advertising and marketing campaigns to new and existing local and regional clients. Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and smart cold calling, managing, and growing existing assigned accounts and budgets. We are specifically looking for customer-focused sales professionals who can identify client advertising needs, challenges, and opportunities. The ideal candidate will initiate, develop, and present customized solutions to meet the clients’ needs, cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients by providing top-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation platforms. Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close deals. Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue targets. Work with internal digital execution teams to lay out client’s needs and develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client’s objectives. Maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renewing campaigns. Qualifications:
2+ years in B2B sales required. Experience in media sales, digital sales, or sports sponsorship sales are preferred. Ability to build strong relationships with local advertisers. Experience in selling SEM, SEO, Programmatic Display/Video, Social-Media, Email Marketing, Radio, TV is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional communication skills with consultative/solutions selling experience. Team player focused on individual goal achievement. Proven record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
