Fuse offers a hybrid working environment. Fuse employees are welcome to work remotely 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and work in the Winooski, Vermont headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to collaborate with coworkers and clients. At this time we are only interviewing candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vermont within driving distance of the office.

Responsibilities Job Summary:

Fuse is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support brand strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 and youth culture clients. In this role, you’ll help coordinate marketing programs across channels, maintain day-to-day communication with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. As the “hub of the account team wheel,” you’ll collaborate closely with your Manager and team members to keep client strategies moving forward and aligned across all aspects of the business.

Projects may include planning and supporting events and activations, coordinating brand ambassador and influencer programs, assisting with sponsorships and partnerships, and working with internal and external vendors. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow their career in brand and youth marketing.

Qualifications & Skills

Understanding of Event Marketing: Experience or familiarity with planning live events, activations, or experiential marketing campaigns.

Attention to Detail: Ability to manage logistics and program details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and partners.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive when faced with challenges, with the ability to suggest solutions and keep projects moving forward.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

1 - 2 years of marketing, agency, or brand experience (internships included).

Familiarity with brand marketing and youth culture (sports, campus, lifestyle, etc.).

Experience collaborating as part of a cross-functional team.

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); Mac experience strongly preferred.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Details This role is based in Fuse’s office in Winooski, Vermont, with travel required for client meetings, events, and activations.

Salary range for this role is $55k-$65k depending on relevant experience, plus a generous benefits package.
