Fuse is a full-service marketing agency based in Winooski, Vermont that creates authentic brand engagements for teens and young adults. Fuse specializes in planning and executing sports, sampling, campus, culture, and customer marketing programs. We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Brand Strategy Group and help elevate our marketing efforts. Fuse offers a hybrid working environment: employees can work remotely 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and collaborate at the Vermont headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. At this time we are interviewing candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vermont within driving distance of the office. Job Summary

Fuse is seeking a marketing professional to coordinate and manage brand strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 and youth culture clients. This role includes strategic development of marketing initiatives and tactics across channels, daily communication with clients, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of all services, and acting as the hub of an account team to maintain the client’s strategy throughout all aspects of the business. You will utilize your expertise in youth marketing, alongside your Supervisor and other team members, to consult on all projects which may include planning and executing events, partnerships, coordinating brand ambassador programs, and managing internal/external partners and vendors. Collaboration with team members is critical. Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage brand strategy initiatives for assigned clients across channels Communicate daily with clients to ensure alignment and expectations are met Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of services Act as the hub of an account team to maintain the client’s strategy across the business Consult on projects related to youth marketing, events, partnerships, and brand ambassador programs Manage internal and external partners and vendors Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated marketing solutions Qualifications

Understanding of event marketing; experience planning live events, trade shows, or experiential campaigns preferred Attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture Strong collaboration and communication skills for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines Creative problem-solving for experiential marketing and events Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 3-6 years of client management and communication 3+ years of marketing agency and/or brand experience Knowledge of brand marketing and youth culture (sports, campus, lifestyle, and related areas) Experience as part of a cross-functional team Expert proficiency in MS Office; Mac experience is important Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, clients, and accounts Polished written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work from Fuse’s office in Winooski, Vermont, with travel for events and client meetings Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $60k-$85k depending on relevant experience, plus a generous benefits package.
